Normal departure cleaning is $150
25% due at Reservation
75% due 60 days prior to stay

All prices in US dollars. We accept Credit Cards, and US personal checks/eChecks(60 days in advance of arrival).
All cancellations are subject 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture of rents. Guests concerned with cancellations are advised to purchase trip insurance which is available for 7%.
