 "We stayed here in December of 2009. The owner was great to work with. Great communication and quick response to questions regarding the terms of the rental, as well as reminders of upcoming balance due and then sending of the documentations. The condo is wonderful! Great location! The amenties were enjoyable for our 5 children and they had a blast with some of the beach toys...creating sand castles in sweatshirts, but they didn't care. The hot tub came in handy. The condo was clean as well as the other public areas. "Great location and beautiful ocean views! The perfect condo for two couples ~ separate bathrooms and the bedrooms on opposite side of condo for maximum privacy. Each bedroom has breathtaking view of ocean as does the living room. The balcony has ocean and bay views, great for evening cocktails. Very clean and extremely comfy, Tina was a pleasure to talk to and make our stay very enjoyable. We were there in March, for Bike Week 2009 so the underground parking for the bikes was terrific. The residents were super nice, us girls even made some friends shooting pool. Top of Daytona has a great happy hour. We are definitely returning!!
