Great communication and quick response to questions regarding the terms of the rental, as well as reminders of upcoming balance due and then sending of the documentations. The condo is wonderful! Great location! The amenties were enjoyable for our 5 children and they had a blast with some of the beach toys...creating sand castles in sweatshirts, but they didn't care. The hot tub came in handy. The condo was clean as well as the other public areas.
