All rates are plus 4.166% gross excise tax and 13.25% room tax. (17.962% in 2021 on).
Maximum 8 adults and 2 children. $1500 cancellation fee.
"The Orchid House was exactly what we wanted! We were four couples spending a week vacationing together. 15 min. walk to multiple beaches; views of sunrise over the ocean from three of four bedrooms (we put our late sleepers in the darker room); spacious communal area; all four bedrooms with their own walk-in closet and en suite bathroom (plus a guest half bath off the kitchen); fully stocked kitchen for cooking every dinner at home--including a grill on the lovely covered porch for having dinner and drinks outside, even in a sprinkle! (And a Vitamix blender for all your pina colada needs!) The garage was stocked full of boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, and coolers for comfortable beach days. Two sets of washers and dryers; Pack 'n' Plays in most (all?) bedrooms; a stock of games in a closet. They've thought of everything. The building manager met us and gave us a tour of the house and then went above and beyond and drove us on a brief tour of the neighborhood, pointing out good snorkel spots and restaurants, etc. Thank you so much, Ning and Evan!
