Additional fees include cleaning $50 to $200 (averaging $125 for a weekly stay for 4 people). Transit accommodation tax of 7.25% and general exercise tax of 4% will be added to your bill.

30% down to hold a reservation, balance due prior to arrival. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted.
