"Hi Gerry: Well, again we enjoyed our 3 month winter stay at your lovely condo. Everything in the place was in good working order and when we needed a small kitchen sink drain repair done your maintenance man was there in less than 15 minutes after I called....very impressive service. This past winter we had even more neighbors from our community wintering at various condos in Ocean Keyes..9 couples in total this year from Wasaga Beach Ontario!!! (up from 7 couples in 2008) During our stay we had the opportunity to visit each and every one of them and see their accomodations....without doubt, the consensus amongst our friends was that your place is the best equipped and maintained unit. It was also the hands-down winner when it came to tasteful decorating and premium lake view. Ocean Keyes' close proximity to the ocean, shopping, and restaurants as well as the overall pleasantness of North Myrtle Beach makes this location our first choice for our winter getaway.
