"Our family stayed in this unit in August 2011. We had a very enjoyable stay. The place was exactly as advertised in the listing. The things we liked were: 1) The unit itself is in great condition. It is nicely decorated, spacious, and clean. It overlooks a nice lake at Ocean Keyes. 2) The Ocean Keyes complex is a nice place as well. It is well-maintained with lots of trees and manicured landscaping. It is a relaxing place to be. 3) Location - this is a good location in North Myrtle Beach. It's approximately a 2,500 foot walk to the beach, or you can usually finding parking at the beach if you want to drive. Also, it's close to lots of restaurants, golf courses, and shopping. I enjoyed dealing with Gerry. He was easy to work with and did what he said he was going to do. Our family would highly recommend this unit. "
