Check in 3pm Check out 11 am Note: We love dogs and know how important it is for many dog lovers to take their furry friends along on vacation. We will, however, request that all pets be disclosed ahead of time and will only be allowed upon our approval. A damage deposit of $150 will be charged at the time of the reservation and will be refunded within 1 week after checkout if there are no signs of any damage from pets or persons after inspection. This damage deposit applies whether pets are included or not. There will be a $45 cleaning fee charged per visit which will include washing of all linens and general cleaning of the unit after you leave. We will, however, ask that you strip the beds of the sheets and put the used sheets and dirty towels in the utility room before leaving and also that you take the garbage and drop it off down the street at the refuse center on your way out of town.
