"I stayed in this apartment from the middle of September until middle of October of 2009. The apartment is fully equipped with everything. It is located in a convenient location in downtown, with a short walks to the16th Street Mall and Safeway grocery store. I think is worth the money because it has everything you should need. I liked the antique\european bathroom style! I enjoyed my stay and recommend this property." - German E., Enfield, NH, 10/18/2009
"Delightful unit in an older section of the city, within walking distance of most needs. Having lived in Denver for many years, knew Capitol Hill area as eclectic and somewhat inner city. Unit was easily self contained and very comfortable size, being an older building lent it a very distinctive air. Highly Recommend! " - Drew G., Meadowbank, NS, 08/04/2009
"Our unit is rustic, not polished like a fine hotel. It is clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Denver. The claw foot tub, could use a refinsh and the water pressure is not the greatest...however, we love older homes and enjoy the wood floors, high ceilings, and central location. As with many large towns, it is in an area of other apartments, mostly occupied by young professionals, and students. There are five other units in the building and the tenants, mostly couples, are quiet. We keep the blinds down on sunny days and find the apartment comfortable, opening windows for the frequent breezes. There is no A/C. There is a small TV with DVD player and a Comcast internet access box. The beds are freshly made up and a limited number of towels provided. If you are looking for an inexpensive base for a short stay in Denver...this could be it! " - Nadine J., Olympia, WA, 08/05/2007
