After last year's hurricane season, many properties on Melbourne Beach are not ready to be rented. We were fortunate to have an excellent crew working overtime to have our unit ready for the winter months. What is so special about this unit is that it has been totally remodeled, making 90% of it like new. It has new 18” Italian porcelain tile throughout its 2000 square feet, new drywall, new paint, new tiled showers and bath, new ceilings, new cabinets and Corian countertops, new fireplace, and new windows and doors. We have furnished it for luxury and comfort. The master bedroom features a tall king size bedroom suite so you can wake up looking out at the beach and ocean. It has an armoire with a large TV with over 100 channels. There is also a large walk-in closet, a tub, and separate shower. This master bedroom also features a private entrance to the veranda.
