You will be hard pressed to find a vacation rental as nice as our condo located directly on the ocean in Melbourne Beach Florida. After last year's hurricane season, many properties on Melbourne Beach are not ready to be rented. We were fortunate to have an excellent crew working overtime to have our unit ready for the winter months.

3 TV's . DVD, VCR, Patio set, Gas Grill, all linens, cookware, etc. We stay here ourselves and equipped it for comfort. There is a full size washer and dryer as well.

Golf course a few blocks away. Beach is out the back door. There are 2 pools, tennis courts, sauna, and club house.
