This condo is a very clean, in the hotest part of a Kihei day this condo is cool and quiet. A perfect location on the border of Kihei and Wailea. Plus ask me for my best picks list with great food, snorkeling and swimming. Scared of renting a dumpy condo? Worry no more. I fixed this condo up for my own use and I am picky. This 700 sq ft one bedroom has slate and eco friendly cork flooring, a kitchen with new appliances, a spa like bathroom, plus a large open space. Being a working artist, I have decorated with original art work and modern furniture. Being the last condo in the complex a nice, clean breeze blows through and there are no condos above or below you. It is rare to find this much privacy in Kihei. A short drive to Wailea and Makena.
