"Melissa, We cannot say enough great things about your condo. The view from the deck was magnificent. The close proximity to the beach, pool, walking/bike trail, grocery store, restaurants, and outlet mall was fantastic. Your unit was tastefully decorated and the beds were just as comfortable as ours at home. We didn't want for anything, including two seats and an umbrella at the beach, as you had all bases covered. We have stayed in four condos in the Destin/Miramar area and are through looking at others. We will be booking with you every year from now on. "Melissa, We truly enjoyed our stay at your condo! This was our first time to Destin, Fl and with unfamilar territories we could not have found a better place to stay! The spacious layout, the great balcony ocean view, easy access to the beach, outdoor shower, pool, bbq pits, stairs, restaurants,and malls! We were also able to watch the dolphins in the morning from our balcony! It was great! Most importantly we loved the fact we did not have to drive to the beach, load/unload and find parking! The second floor view was perfect as we spent our mornings over coffee and our nights on the balcony. The location of the unit was convenient to the stairwell and the elevator. Just right out the door for our walks with pup! The beach access being so close was great. It was nice to be able to scoot up to the condo for lunch, beverages and a needed break from all the fun in the sun! We really liked not being in the heart of Destin. Your location was just perfect. "We usually stay at the Jetty East, and were worried about staying in a new condo in a new area. We were delighted with the entire set-up...building 2 has an amazing view of the ocean...and easy access. Crossing the street was not a problem at all, as traffic is slow, and there are marked crosswalks. What is not obvious in the photos is the huge beach area...and you will have a great view of it from your balcony. The entire Maravilla neighborhood is beautiful, and everyone was so friendly, we felt right at home. We took many long walks around the neighborhood. Another great thing is the easy access. The Maravilla has it's own "back-door" street to highway 98, so getting onto busy streets is much easier. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed, and was very clean and inviting. The location of the condo was extremely beneficial as it was only minutes from many fine restaurants and shopping.
