"I have rented homes in the Poconos for family vacations and getaways in the past. This property was by far the best one to date. This year, 12 members of our family decided to get away for the long Labor Day weekend. I knew I was dealing with a professional owner when Claudia responded very quickly to my requests for more information via email, phone calls, and texts. She usually responded within minutes and answered all my questions. I feel like the photos do not do this house justice. Upon arrival and entering the front door the family was excited because the house was so clean, updated, and spacious. The layout worked for everyone as we had 12 people. There were a couple of surprises such as toys for the dogs and spices in the kitchen just in case you did not bring with you. We made good use of the kitchen for breakfasts and dinners. We also used the barbecue grill out on the deck. The kids spent alot of time in the basement playing games and using the pool/hockey table. In summation, I wholeheartedly recommend this house and the owner. She has clearly put alot of love into this property and has outstanding customer service skills! Thank you for everything Claudia!
