"Hi Henry Swee and I would like to give you our feedback on our recent stay at your apartments at Sathorn. Although we originally booked for a studio but you had upgraded us to a 2 bedroom at no extra cost which we are very grateful. After our return from Malaysia, our luggage which we put under your care was left in the studio apartment on Level 5 as advised. Both the 2 bedroom and the studio apartments are tastefully furnished and clean with modern appliances. Having a washing machine in the apartment allowed us to do our laundry at our convenience. We still can't get over how very quickly the washing dried in Bangkok. The internet connection in the 2 bedroom was fast and efficient but we could not get internet connection in the studio apartment. As we were leaving for home the following day, we checked our emails at one of the many internet cafes outside the apartment. In the apartment, there were lots of bath towels and change of bed linen provided. Although the rate did not include breakfast or maid service, this was not an issue for us. We did not do any cooking in the apartment. We took your recommendation and checked out the Thai restaurant across the road from the apartment. We ate here on several occasions and found the food and service of high quality. Swee particularly liked the convenience of the massage and hairdressing salon on the ground floor of Lumpini Place which she visited every other day during our stay. The apartment is a little too far a walk to the MRT station especially in the Bangkok heat for us. However, we never had to wait for more than 2 minutes for a taxi to show up to take us to the MRT station at 40 Thai Baht. Overall, Swee & I enjoyed our stay at your apartments and will definitely return. Your website is informative and my emails to you were responded quickly and the payment made online was acknowledged promptly. You also kindly arranged for a driver to take us to Suvarnabhumi airport as we had two big suitcases which will not fit into a meter taxi.
