Larger volume of participants in a said party should be discussed with the manager, otherwise fee will be charged based on manager's discretion. Host releases owners from any liabilities incurred during the party. Host will be responsible of any damages acquired during the party. If a party is conducted without manager's knowledge, caretaker will assess scenario, evaluate how many guests participated and decide the party fee on the spot with the primary tenant or designee present.
