Please confirm with owner. Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms This vacation rental is operated on an "open calendar", which means we do not require you to arrive and depart on a Saturday. Sunday arrivals and departures may require a higher cleaning fee. $85 cleaning fee for stays under 1 week $100 cleaning fee for stays 7 -29 nights $115 cleaning fee for stays 30 nights or more 10% tax on all rent and fees less than 30 nights. Military & government employees are exempt with proper documentation. $45 damage waiver (covers up to $1500 accidental damages). Credit card number must be on file. 25% due at reservation 75% due 60 days prior to stay 25% cancellation fee more than 60 days before arrival Zero refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of arrival. Trip insurance is recommended and offered at a cost of 7%.
