Rates subject to Hawaii Excise & Hotel Room Tax. Cleaning fee $75. There will be a charge of $52 for any returned check.

Cancellation Policy
$100.00 refunded from original deposit if cancelled more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival. No refunds once paid in full. Until confirmed, all rates are subject to change without notice. There will be a charge of $52 for any returned check.

"This was the first time I had stayed in a vacation rental rather than a hotel for a vacation. Hotels are now a thing of my past! This condo was great, very clean, lots of beach supplies, cooking items, movies and music. Comfortable slept all four adults in the space! With a great cross breeze and ceiling fans, we never even had to turn on the AC. Patio right of the back and a communal BBQ that could be moved right behind the condo. The kitchen is fantastic! If you’re on a budget, the grocery store is right up the street – and it’s a pleasure to cook in this condo! The condo is 1 block from the center of all the showing / touristy stuff in Kona… easy walk to restaurants, bars, beaches, and all the outdoor activity adventure starting points. You could easily spend a week just in Kona.. or it’s location on the Island also makes it an ideal hub location for day trips to every corner of the island. Unpack here, move in for your stay.. and venture around the island and the various beaches up and down the coast without the hassle of moving from one hotel room to another. The owners are very friendly and were able to answer every question we had and offer suggestions on places to visit! I would highly recommend staying here! - Leigh "
