• Rates quoted are for 1-2 guests. Maximum occupancy of 2 guests.
• $250 reservation deposit due within 7 days of booking the reservation. The deposit is applied toward rent.
• All rental charges are due 45 days prior to arrival.
• No refunds for no shows or early departures.
• All rates quoted and payable in US Dollars
• Add one time $200 cleaning fee, $35 guest services fee and 17.42% Hawaii state tax,
• Rather than a security deposit, we trust you will leave my condo and its contents undamaged. If not I will charge you for damages.

"What more can we say. Berney and his condo have been the BEST. Kihei is the best place to stay on Maui. It's central to everything. It's quiet and relaxing but there's still a lot to do. The condo comes with everything you could possibly need, we packed light and just washed clothes, it was great. Having all the beach gear made things so much more fun. We snorkeled almost everyday and swam with HUGE turtles on 3 occasions. 9 days wasn't nearly enough, we'll definitely be back soon!"
