• Rates quoted are for 1-2 guests. Maximum occupancy of 2 guests.
• $250 reservation deposit due within 7 days of booking the reservation. The deposit is applied toward rent.
• All rental charges are due 45 days prior to arrival.
• No refunds for no shows or early departures.
• All rates quoted and payable in US Dollars
• Add one time $200 cleaning fee, $35 guest services fee and 17.42% Hawaii state tax,
• Rather than a security deposit, we trust you will leave my condo and its contents undamaged. If not I will charge you for damages.

"Berney and Pat's condo was a great place to stay. The location is ideal and the condo was very clean and well equipped. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel gear, a cooler...you name it, it was available. We used the pool at the complex one afternoon when the winds picked up on the beach. Though on the small side, the complex pool has a lot of lounge chairs, pop machine and covered area. We met some nice folks while lounging around the pool. The view from the condo lanai was very nice. One evening we opened a bottle of wine and took in the sunset from the lanai. I especially liked that we were able to meet Berney when we arrived. He takes great pride in his condo and was a wealth of information for activities and whatnot during our stay. The location of the condo is ideal as well. About a 2 minute walk to the Kamaole II beach. (Kihei Akahi is directly across the street from beach.) Good restaurants within walking distance. I hope to come back to Maui and would definitely stay at this condo again! Mahalo!"
