• Rates quoted are for 1-2 guests. Maximum occupancy of 2 guests.
• $250 reservation deposit due within 7 days of booking the reservation. The deposit is applied toward rent.
• All rental charges are due 45 days prior to arrival.
• No refunds for no shows or early departures.
• All rates quoted and payable in US Dollars
• Add one time $200 cleaning fee, $35 guest services fee and 17.42% Hawaii state tax,
• Rather than a security deposit, we trust you will leave my condo and its contents undamaged. If not I will charge you for damages.

"Sometime in early 2007 the Guest Book in our condo was removed, stolen, or ???. The last copy we made of it was in September 2006. The comments below were copied verbatum from our first guestbook. We've never had a negative comment from any of the guests who have stayed in our condo. In May 2007 we took over management of our condo. We have updated appliances, plumbing fixtures, sinks, and decor following our original Hawaiian theme. We expect to have comments from our guests starting in June 2007. Mahalo - Berney and Pat"
