• Rates quoted are for 1-2 guests. Maximum occupancy of 2 guests.
• $250 reservation deposit due within 7 days of booking the reservation. The deposit is applied toward rent.
• All rental charges are due 45 days prior to arrival.
• No refunds for no shows or early departures.
• All rates quoted and payable in US Dollars
• Add one time $178 cleaning fee, $25 guest services fee and 17.42% Hawaii state tax,
• Rather than a security deposit, we trust you will leave my condo and its contents undamaged. If not I will charge you for damages.

"Berney and Pat are hosts that think of guest comforts. Everything from beach-chairs, to towels, to boogey boards can be found in this super-clean, perfectly located Kihei condo. Ocean is directly accross the street and we were able to walk to local restaurants and stores. Pack light cause not only will you live in your bathing suit here, but the in unit w/d allows for quick clean-ups. Can't wait to return. Grace and Mike P."
