• Rates quoted are for 1-2 guests. Maximum occupancy of 2 guests.
• $250 reservation deposit due within 7 days of booking the reservation. The deposit is applied toward rent.
• All rental charges are due 45 days prior to arrival.
• No refunds for no shows or early departures.
• All rates quoted and payable in US Dollars
• Add one time $200 cleaning fee, $35 guest services fee and 17.42% Hawaii state tax,
• Rather than a security deposit, we trust you will leave my condo and its contents undamaged. If not I will charge you for damages.

"Maui did not disappoint. Neither did this condo. A nicely decorated and very comfortable place to stay. And very well stocked with everything. And a great location. All in all, a real treat!
