The lanai opens to peaceful ocean breezes from the trade winds, keeping you comfortable and cool. The condo has been completely remodeled, including new hardwood floors, new carpet, new paint, maple kitchen cabinets, new bathroom tile, new counter tops, and furnishings. Large 500 square foot studio that comfortably sleeps four. It has a comfortable and firm queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, and additional children's futon. Dinette seating for four, and everything you need to enjoy your vacation in paradise. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beach is just steps away and you are also within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, & nightlife. The complex has a large pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court, gas BBQs, and picnic area. Ample free parking just outside the condo.
