The condo is situated on the second floor, with views of the ocean, pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court, and central courtyard. It is located in a quiet area of the complex, near the pool. The lanai opens to peaceful ocean breezes from the trade winds, keeping you comfortable and cool. The condo has been completely remodeled, including new hardwood floors, new carpet, new paint, maple kitchen cabinets, new bathroom tile, new counter tops, and furnishings. Large 500 square foot studio that comfortably sleeps four. It has a comfortable and firm queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, and additional children's futon. Dinette seating for four, and everything you need to enjoy your vacation in paradise. The kitchen is fully equipped.
