"We planned a last minute trip to Durango and I found this studio and the owners were very responsive and the rental procedure was very quick and efficient. This studio was a perfect fit. The furnishings and appliances were updated and comfortable! There was plenty of closet space. We had friends staying downtown and it was only a 5 minute drive. There is a supermarket minutes away. The price was totally reasonable and comparable to staying in a hotel. There were guests staying in the attached main house and it was not a problem or distraction at all. The hot tub was perfect after a day on the ski slopes. It was very quick and easy to access 550. The only complaint I have is the bathroom is poorly lit. The lights were very dim and it was a bit difficult to get ready, but I will definitely be staying there again and I would recommend this property. >>>>>>>>> Owner Feedback: <<<<<<<<< We have put dimmers in the bathroom and installed higher wattage bulbs to solve the problem.
