"We Loved this rental! It was clean, spacious, well-kept and well stocked! The location was great for going into Downtown Durango or heading up to the slopes for the day. We loved being there over Christmas and the heated floors made such a difference - it kpet us all warm and cozy all week! We rented the studio along with the main house and it was plenty of room for our group of 14 - there were beds to spare! We even put up a Christmas tree and still had plenty of space to socialize in the evenings. I highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed! "
