"We planned a last minute trip to Durango and I found this studio and the owners were very responsive and the rental procedure was very quick and efficient. This studio was a perfect fit. The furnishings and appliances were updated and comfortable! There was plenty of closet space. We had friends staying downtown and it was only a 5 minute drive. There is a supermarket minutes away. The price was totally reasonable and comparable to staying in a hotel. There were guests staying in the attached main house and it was not a problem or distraction at all. The hot tub was perfect after a day on the ski slopes. It was very quick and easy to access 550. The only complaint I have is the bathroom is poorly lit. The lights were very dim and it was a bit difficult to get ready, but I will definitely be staying there again and I would recommend this property. >>>>>>>>> Owner Feedback: <<<<<<<<< We have put dimmers in the bathroom and installed higher wattage bulbs to solve the problem. Now there can be variable lighting, bright for getting ready and dim for late night access. "
