The house is fully equipped with everything you would need for a great vacation. Kitchen includes all the appliances you have at home and then some. The beds are new with down comforters on each. There is a large room downstairs with a full-size pool table, two couches, TV/VCR and plenty of games. There are two large decks complete with Adirondacks chairs, umbrellas, tables and even a hammock. There is additional outdoor eating space down the back steps at a large redwood table under the trees. It is a perfect house for two families and has been used many times for celebrations and reunions. You have access to the private beaches and recreation center.
