"My husband and I traveled here with our 5 and 3 year old daughters. This was the best rental we ever had the pleasure of staying at. The check in and out were a breeze. We were blown away when we opened the door and saw the views we got to enjoy. This was an end unit and very quiet (no other apartment or elevator noise). If you have the windows or balcony open, you can hear street noise of course but that's expected when you are downtown. The layout is perfect for a family with children or 2 couples or anyone needing separate spaces. The Master bedroom was very spacious with plenty of closet space. Both bathrooms were huge. The guest room had a huge closet and nice city views. The kitchen was loaded with pots, pans, silverware, dishes, utensils, basic seasonings, etc. Even the cut out enabled views from the kitchen to the Bay. The balcony is much larger than the pictures show. It has 4 chairs which can be stacked if not in use and 2 small tables. Perfect for eating outside or enjoying a glass of wine and watching the sunset. While there is a crane and a building being constructed impeding the view of the ferris wheel, you can still see it (lit up at night) and it doesn't detract from the awesome view really. It is super convenient to have laundry in the unit and they even thought to have stain remover spray. Harbor Steps is conveniently located to Pike Place Market, Post Alley, the waterfront, ferries, Aquarium, library, shopping, museums. The Deli on site was open early and late and had everything you could need for last minute items either for travel or food and drink. We used the pool, hot tub, sauna and yoga studio and gym (beach towels were provided in the unit). Some are in the adjacent building but it's no big deal to cross the walkway to get there. Our kids loved running up and down the steps and the fountains on site, too. The 5th floor rooftop has great views, clean grills, food prep area and comfortable various seating. At the end of busy days of sightseeing, it was so nice to come back and relax in the living room while still looking out and seeing the freighters, ferries, and sailboats. I really can't say enough about this unit, place and experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is considering visiting Seattle."
