"Donna: My family and I have truly enjoyed staying in your oceanfront condo at Celadon Beach Resort. The Gulf view is spectacular with all the state of art amenities such as cooking, swimming, exercise, entertainment etc. It is truly a dream come true vacation resort. Your unit is just beautifully decorated home away from home and its very convenient to grocery shopping, fast foods, parking and beach access. "Donna, Feel free to use this as a review. We just returned from a week(July 23-28,2007) in your condo at Celadon each Resort. What a great time we had! The condo was very well appointed and had everything that one could need. The view was magnificent! We have been to PCB many times and this was the nicest accommodations we have had there. The location for us was good also, on the west end so it was peaceful but close enough to the busy areas of PCB. A great place for a weekend away or for a week or two. And as always the beaches in Panama City are among the best in the world! The beach chairs were always available for us and the staff at Celadon was always helpful and friendly. There is parasailing, jet ski rental, banana boat rides, and sea kayaks available for rental at Celadons' beach. All in All a great place to stay. " - Ralph W, Sugar Hill, GA, 07/31/07

 "This is an email that I received from a guest that stayed at our condo in April of 2007. Donna, We have arrived back in Michigan after staying at your condo for a week. I cannot express how pleased we were with the accommodations. From the second we arrived until we left, we were nothing but happy. I will list all of the things that impressed us: The parking garage was convenient and our vehicle was safe and shielded from the sun. Having a code to enter the door saved a lot of hassle with keys. The beds were comfortable, including the bunk beds that our boys slept in. The kitchen afforded us the luxury of eating some of our meals there, instead of at a restaurant. The condo was super quiet. We never heard a noise from any other occupants while we were inside. The furnishings are very nice, with pleasing decor. The balcony on the 20th floor gave us beautiful views, yet we had complete privacy. The washer and dryer spared us from having a week's worth of laundry upon returning home. We lucked out with weather, making it easy to enjoy both the beach and the pool. Each night, our boys swam in the indoor portion of the pool. We spent a good deal of each day in the absolutely perfect water of the Gulf. It is very true that the Celadon being on the west end of Panama City Beach is part of its greatest appeal. It was Spring Break while we were there and there were many, many young adults/teens who were in town. In the evenings, any place east of us was packed with people. Yet, being where we were, we never had one problem with unruly Spring Breakers. You may know by now that I broke your coffee pot. I am so sorry about that. We would have bought a new one to leave there, but it happened as we were leaving in the very early morning on our checkout day. I was washing it after my making my final pot and it slipped out of my hand. Please let me how I can compensate for this, perhaps you can take the cost out of the refundable deposit we made. Again, I am so sorry about that. Once more, thank you so much for the opportunity to rent from you. You have such a lovely condo and it proved to be the best, most luxurious accommodations that we have ever had on vacation. "This is an email I received in October of 2006. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed my visit to your "home away from home" The weather was perfect, and the condo was really, really nice. I tried to leave it in as good shape as I found it. The others in the group with my son and his children were so impressed with the way your condo looked. My grandchildren came up to sleep some nights...and Lxxxxxx, 2 years, took her naps with me. It was perfect because I was on the beach (even if I was 20 floors up) while she slept for hours. I had no idea how much of the ocean you can see from so far up. I had a ball just watching all the critters...lol I hope to go back when I can. By the way, I never changed the number on the lock. I wasn't sure how to do it, so I just left it alone. I am sure you have a process to let the maid use a number after 11. We left about 6 this morning, and we had a good trip in. The condo is extremely comfortable, the kitchen better equipped than we would have expected. I was surprised by the total privacy of the balcony . And as you can see, I am happily on line. Xxxxxxx has spent a lot of time exploring via binoculars. We're looking forward to our first walk on the beach . I wish this Guestbook allowed me to post the pictures, because she gave me permission to use them. Donna, I will send you a picture as soon as I get them developed. As you know we originally talked about leaving the 18th but with my husbands work he was not sure if he could get off. We discussed when we were at the beach that if we would have waited until the 19th to leave, we would have only had a little while at the beach. We truly enjoyed this vacation. I hope that the weather is as pretty for you in November as it was for us. I don't think it has ever been as beautiful as it was. You could truly see out to the sand bar and we also saw dolphins. "See email below where Guest stated that I could use her email to me, in this guest book. Dear Donna, We just got back home and I wanted to let you know that the condo was absolutely perfect! Everything was so convenient and comfortable. Thank you for allowing us to rent it. You have certainly thought of everything to make this condo a great vacation getaway. The view of the Gulf is beautiful. We did not have binoculars, but we still could see dolphins, large fish, sea turtles, and rays. We used our own chairs instead of the stationary ones and it was a good decision to do so. I put my chair up to the water and the waves felt great. The close elevators were very helpful, since I have limited mobility. We did not want to leave this morning, but we did pry ourselves away at 11:00 am. I left a load of towels in the dryer because they were still damp. If the opportunity arises, we would love to rent from you again. I will get your keys in the mail by Monday.
