3-night deposit due within 7 days of booking. Balance due 60 days prior to check-in for holiday and winter reservations, and 30 days prior to check in for all other time periods. Security deposit can be waived with a credit-card guarantee. Trip insurance is optional.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late checkout may be available for a fee of 50% of the nightly rate.
