A 150.00 cleaning fee for 1-6 nights. 200.00 cleaning fee for 7 nights or more.
We have a $250-$300 security deposit which is fully refundable if there are no damages
and no additional cleaning needed.
"We enjoyed this well appointed and very clean property. The rooftop deck was especially fun, though you have to be agile enough to climb the steep stairs to the loft room for access - part of the charm in our view. The location is great for Hollywood attractions and secure adjacent parking is a plus. It is on a busy street but inside the traffic noise was never an issue."
