Please add $85 cleaning fee and there are fees for pets based upon the type and number of pets and the length of stay. A rental contract must be signed. There is a $300 reservation / damage deposit which is fully refundable if the unit has no damage and as long as the reservation is not canceled. Half of the total amount is due 60 days prior to arrival and the full amount is due 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation I will try to re-rent the unit and I will refund whatever amount I can less a $100 administration fee. State taxes are 11%.
