"WOW what a great place! We had planned to stay in a hotel, decided to look into renting a condo instead, and boy, were we glad we did. "What a fantastic condo! The 'extras' were a huge hit with our two daughters ages 2 and 5 - toys, games, movies, and crafts, they were in heaven!! The condo is so spacious, it's ideal for more than one family and we hope to return again. The child friendly atmosphere was a welcome surprise, we made use of the bedrail and safety gate which was nice because it was one less item to pack and bring along. "Our stay are your Townhouse was fantastic! It is so spacious and comfortable and has all the amenities needed and we felt very much at home here. We have stayed in many rental homes over the years and this is by far the best we've experienced yet. Everything was in working condition, plenty of towels, blankets and pillows, kitchen had more than we needed, ... it was just great. And the location can't be beat! I highly recommend this vacation rental to any family who enjoys all the comforts of home while away from home. :) Every rental we have ever had has had something that we've had to note to the owner... a major appliance that doesn't work, a broken bedframe, a tv that had no volume, a shower head that was hanging off ... we even rented one place quite a few years back that was filthy and I had to spend several hours cleaning when we arrived! We've seen a lot of negatives and we do not rent "cheap" places so it's always a disappointment. But you clearly take pride in your place and we truly appreciated that. And whoever does your cleaning does a nice job too. Not to mention that you have been a pleasure to work with. "This was an absolutely great condo! It is very family friendly and had everything we needed for our ski trip and more. The location is across the street from Cranmore Mountain which is awesome because my young family loves cranmore. The view is EXCEPTIONAL! There were beds for all the kids which is so much better than using the sleeping bags on the floor. The condo was very clean and had a nice big screen TV. The kids used all the toys that were provided and spent hours using the Play Station 2 that is up there. The owners of the condo were absolutely great. We had no hot water on one morning and I called them and they called a repairman who had hot water for us SO QUICK! I will definately rent from them again!! Thanks!  "we absolutely loved it! The convenience of the location, all the amenities in the unit, all we had to do was show up! My family goes away the first week in December every year. to shop Christmas shop.. its a tradition.. This is the first year we opted to rent a place instead of a hotel and we are so happy we did! "Our family has been going to North Conway at least twice a year for the past 12 years. This has had to be one of the best places; we have stayed at over the years. It was spacious enough to accomadate our family plus my mother, and no felt squished. The condo was cleaned and very well equiped (more equiped than any other rental we have ever done). Plus, we were able to bring our dog "Happy" who also enjoyed the outdoors and long walks. The owners we very responsive to our e-mails and questions. Our family is going to put this at the top of our list for rentals. They will be the first people; we will check with to see if their rental is available. This is highly recommended by our family.
