"This rental home was great it had almost everything that our family needed. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and everything you would need. There was a washer and dryer that came in handy. We even found some things to use at the beach in the closet. The only two draw backs were there is no air conditioning although there are many ceiling fans that help circulate the air, and the other draw back was the sound from the occasional train passing by. "The property lacked some of the basic essentials for cooking, cookie sheets, pie plates and the pots and pans were so cheap they were difficult to cook with. The stove had burners that were lopsided and when you cooked the juices all ran to one side. Appliances need upgrading badly. We had to call maintenance twice to unclog the plumbing system in the one bathroom. There is a train track that is about 50 yards from the back door and trains run constantly day and night. We were not told of this before hand, if we were we would not have rented it the condo, but of course you like the sound of a freight train around 3:00AM...
