""High class living in the middle of the city!" Henry's apartment in Bangkok was absolutely beautiful, just like the photos, with everything you could possibly need at your fingertips. Henry met us at the apartment on our arrival, showed us around the building and the apartment, and also gave us lots of information and tips on making the most of our stay in Bangkok. We felt very welcome and 'at home'. There were guidebooks in the apartment which we used to pick out some 'must-sees', and Henry offered to arrange a driver/taxi if we needed it. As we had small children with us, Henry showed us the easiest ways to navigate crossing streets etc using the SkyTrain bridges, which was so handy! He also told us about great places to eat, shop and get groceries etc. We were right in the heart of the city, so everything was easy to get to. ""Great location" We, a family of 5 adults from the us stayed at Condo Citimart during 2011 Christmas. The Condo locates on 18th floor listed at 1400 square feet. It is spacious and well appointed. It has modern amenity and fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine for laundry and daily maid service. It has a large master bedroom and 2 smaller room. Each has each own bathroom which is rare in Bangkok. The condo building has a gym and swimming pool on 6th floor. The location is excellent as it is around the corner from Skytrain taking you to many main parts of the city. The area is safe and the building has security guard. Next to the train station is a large shopping center Terminal 21 with very inexpensive food court with meal costing less than 2 us dollars. 3 blocks from the condo is a luxurious shopping mall Emporium. Traffic in Bangkok is notoriously bad. Train and subway are much faster than taxi unless you go to the airport or out of town due to lack of public transportation there. The only draw back from the apartment is echoing noise from the street and train bouncing off other high rise building. It can be heard quite loud in the apartment. The owner, Henry is in the process replacing the glass windows. Henry was very helpful in many ways. Beware of common jewelry scam in Bangkok by Premier Sapphire Export Factory Center, LTD. ""Conveniently located" Having lived in Bangkok previously, we wanted to be close to the BTS sky train. We Henry, the owner, who walked us through the contents and amenities of the apartment and complex and the general location. Traveling with 3 kids, the 3 bedroom apartment met all our needs and the inclusion of Internet as well as printer was an excellent extra! Daily maid service (including dishes) was also a welcome extra. We stayed at a vacation rental at Covent Garden, London, in august and this was 100% better than the apartment and service we had there. Being close to the BTS had its draw back in this particular case as the apartment isn't as sound proof as one might expect, so the train noise isn't dampened as well. Other than that we were pleased with apartment and service received. If you are not a light sleeper and don't mind the noise from the train I highly recommend this place. ""The best way to visit Bangkok!" I had emailed Henry earlier in the year when I was trying to find Bangkok accomodation for myself and my husband and our two sons aged 21 and 18. Every communication with Henry was so easy, he was informative, professional and courteous. On our arrival at the apartment Henry was there to greet us and show us how everything works. He has a folder containing all the information you could possibly need for your stay there. The apartment is beautiful. Spotlessly clean, well appointed and very comfortable. A maid quietly visits each day. There is a washing machine and a fridge which dispensed cold water/ice. My boys made good use of this! It has beautiful views as it is on the 18th (?) floor of the building. On the 6th floor is the pool and well equipped gym, which we used every day. Security is fantastic, you need a card to access the foyer door and there is a doorman at Reception.We felt very safe. The free wifi was a bonus too, we had been paying for internet usage in Phuket. The location is second to none. Two minutes walk to the Exchange tower next door, then you are under cover all the way to asok station which is both a skytrain and underground station.It is very easy and cheap to get around Bangkok. There are fabulous shops within walking distance. The food court at the newly opened Terminal 21 is just across the road and the food there is so cheap! Returning to the air conditioned comfort of the apartment was heavenly after a busy day in the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. ""Heaven " in the midst of exotic crowd in Bangkok is just one word I would like to say of Henry's apartment. An apartment located in the most posh and prime area in Sukhumbhit Soi 18 Bangkok with all the Public Transport facilities and daily requirements nearby, was really a feel at home even been miles apart from my home. I loved the master bedroom as well the kitchen which was neat and stuffed with all the daily required necessities. The view from the common room was awesome , as if the entire Bankok lies in front of your eyes. "I did quite a fair bit of research on where to stay and the ideal location to hit all the attractions in Bangkok. In the end I arrived at this condo, with its 3 private rooms with attached bathrooms, fully furnished and a price similar if not better valued than a decent hotel stay. I can honestly tell say its worth your money. Host: Henry was nice and most importantly, friendly. Waited for us at around 9pm and gave us a personal tour of the condo and briefed us on the area. Location: Just beside Sukhumvit road on Soi 18, 5 minutes walk to asoke BTS station. Very convenient to take a cab as well since its just beside the main road, taxis aplenty. The condo: Fully furnished, has Internet connectivity and attached bathrooms. Feels clean and properly cared for by a cleaner that comes in everyday. Like a hotel I tell you! There is a gym and a pool as well. The view off the balcony is quite decent since the condo is on the 18th floor. Cons: The only gripe I have would be the noise coming from trains as the condo is quite near the tracks. Not a problem if you sleep early and rise early but if you are out partying late nights and hit the sack in the wee hours, the early train operations might not help with the hangovers. Location is fabulous, and the comfort of a full kitchen and nice shared living quarters (ideal for entertaining) combined with the privacy of nice bedrooms, each with 3/4 baths (no tubs) makes the hotel option pale by comparison. If my friend and I were in hotel rooms, and wanted to share a bottle of wine, one of us would need to perch on the edge of a bed in a small bedroom. How convivial is that? "Henry made renting the apartment an extremely easy and stress free experience with his professional immediate responses to inquiries and how he handled monetary transactions. He is also very flexible with check-in and check-out times so you don't have to worry if you have a late flight. The location cannot be beat as it takes less than five minutes to walk to both the metro and skytrain (Asoke and Sukhumvit--very central to get anywhere else.) It's a wonderfully convenient place to stay long term because it is so close to banks, pharmacies, restaurants and supermarkets. " We've stayed at this 3-bedroom apartment in April 2008 during our girls trip. This is an ideal accommodation for family or a group of friends. The apartment is beyond our expectations.
