"8-28-09 Jeff & Marilyn- Not everyone hates to cook and not everyone hates to cook when on holiday. First we found a great grocery store in Santa Fe w/a million things I'd like to spend more time experimenting with. Then to arrive at your marvelous Casita with big views, 2 horses (The paint horse is a bit of a snob) 2 million small perfect touches and a fully stocked kitchen! With a salad spinner! knives! (no garlic press?) Recipe books, including the original Coyote Cafe cookbook with you can no longer find.. Heaven!!!! I can't wait to spend weeks upon weeks here, cooking this and that. No need to go out ever. This alone was worth the drive from Seattle! Thank you for the terrific couple of days. Your insight into moving to and living in NM, Jeff was incredibly helpful.
