"July 10, 2008 Dear Jeff & Marilyn, The Casita provided the perfect spot for our annual "big people" get away. You have created such a beautiful and relaxing environment, and have thought of every need (not to mention quite a few wants as well!!) We wanted to take flash-lights to the Mica mines and voila!There they were in the drawer along with a locker lock for the Hot Springs, we enjoyed after our Mica trek. Special thanks to Jeff for finding info on Mica...Now I can show it to my daughter and actually explain what it's used for! We enjoyed our morning chats and getting to know you both, Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Liz and Dan P.S. Chaco Canyon was fabulous 2.5 hours at best - tell guests it is worth the trek and to go from the North via 550 to 7900. See 10 hikes in the NM book in the Casita which was great! P.P.S. This is a hikers paradise, Thanks for the tip on bringing lunch to Chaco - There is nothing there food wise, we travel a great deal and your Casita ranks in the top 3 places we hav ever stayed!"
