"This rental property is in the perfect location! Close walk to the beach and to the main Avenida where you will find everything you need! Grocery stores, bakery, butcher and tons of restaurants (check out La Vitola, great pizza and pasta). We enjoyed living in an authentic Mexican neighborhood, you will never get this experience at an all inclusive resort! The unit is well equipped and very comfortable with a great, huge, private terrace which we loved to sit out in the mornings! The pool and courtyard is lovely, it was nice to dip in the pool after a day at the beach! Lissa, the owner was very helpful with any questions and is very knowledgeable about La Penita and the other towns in the area. We only had one complaint the whole time we were there, our ceiling fan squeaked and as soon as we mentioned it , Lissa had them both replaced immediately! We have booked for next year and already we can't wait! Thankyou Lissa for a great accommodation! Joanne and Blair"
