"I rented Carriage House condo #417 in Park City, Utah for the month of July, 2004. The most important point to make is the condo's location which is central to everything. A person who likes to walk could rent this condo, walk to most everything of note and be happy. Anything too far to walk is accessible by a nearby trolley or bus line. The condo itself is more than adequate for two people, perfectly okay for three people and tolearable for four people. A family of four with two small children would be fine but four, unrelated, adults might find it tight. There is a nice view of the pool. It creates a vacation mood which gives the condo appeal. The condo is more than equiped with blankets, towels, etc. so don't bring anything. The same goes for dishes and kitchen things. Anyone may call me directly at my house if you have a question. I do not know the owner and have no connection to her. I found her to be totally honest and prompt in all business dealings. Tom Nelson"
