Most Holidays $50 premium, 3 day minimum. Dec 16 to Jan 02 $399/day, 3 day minimum.
Management/Cleaning Fee is $100 per stay, year round.
Refundable Security Deposit: A security deposit of $300 is due at the time of booking. It will be held for up to 30 days from the date of your stay and will be refunded providing no damage occur during your stay in the property
A cashier check is the preferred method of payment.
Personal Checks are accepted, but must be received 14 days before check-in. Note: All returned checks are subject to a $25 fee any bank fees.
Credit Cards are accepted. Paypal with a 4% fee.
