Constructed in August 2007, our home is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, first floor unit situated on the 8th green of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. With over 1,400 square feet of living space, there is plenty of room to make yourself at home.
The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated community, with 2 pools w/hot tubs, a fitness center, and only a 5 minute walk to Anaeho'omalu Beach, the Kings Shops, the newly constructed Queen's Shops, Hawaiian Cultural Gardens & Performance Center.
