"The condo is spacious and well decorated; however, it is very hard to find and the concierge nor any help speaks English. If it would not have been for neighboring guests we would have missed a lot of the beauty of Cap Cana. The Marina is beautiful but the beach is very hard sand and the water is not as clear as other Caribbean isles. The hot tub did not work nor the jetted tubs. The maids number did not work and the owner is not local.Hot water is limited. Very poor construction, we even had a leak from the top floor. We never found the bike and kayak rentals. The development is not finished and completely empty. Restaurants and shopping areas are closed and you have to go to different parts of the development for meals. You must have a car! If you enjoy warm weather and a book you will enjoy the spacious unit. If you have children or like close activities I would not recommend this development. I normally do not give bad reviews but feel guests should know of my experience. If you are not fluent in Spanish, good luck."
