It is clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Denver. The bathroom is a little tight, with a clawfoot tub and the water pressure is not the greatest...however, we love older homes and enjoy the wood floors, high ceilings, and central location. As with many large towns, it is in an area of other apartments, mostly occupied by young professionals, and students. There are five other units in the building and the tenants, mostly couples, are quiet. We keep the blinds down on sunny days and find the apartment comfortable, opening windows for the frequent breezes. There is no A/C. There is a small TV and Comcast internet access box. The queen sized bed is freshly made up and a limited number of towels provided. If you are looking for an inexpensive base for a short stay in Denver...this could be it!
