"It was a lovely upgraded/renovated 1 bdrm unit with a nice balcony with a partial ocean view. We wre concerned that there was no aircondioning at first as it was stifling hot when we walked in so it took a few hours to cool down once the windows and balcony door were opened. The ceiling fans were going on at all times. It was rather difficult to bring our luggage and supllies to the unit from the underground parking as apparently this complex has no carts to assist the owner/tenant which made it rather difficult and tedious having to have done several trips from the car to the unit doors/elevators hallways etc.. but we survived. We loved the grounds and the beach! We were disappointed that the 2nd tv in bedroom was not operational an the sliding patio door screen was in need of fixing as it didn't glide withease at all. The tv was a huge reason in our decision when we rented it as we needed2 separate tv's for different tastes in televison programming amongst us Other than that we liked the unit a lot and the area. "F105 is a very nice condo with a great location. It is clearly one of the better condos to rent in the complex. Everything was fantastic with one exception; the TV in the bedroom was not working. "This is our 3rd year renting a condo from North Coast Village. This condo (F-105,Aloha Spirit) was by far the best rental we've had. It was so beautiful,clean and we felt right @ home.The location was perfect. We had great service but only had one issue...the t.v. in the master bedroom was not working during our stay...it had power but had no picture or sound?? It was only inconvenient because we have 2 children who wanted to watch Nickleodeon...when wanted to watch the news! Besides that ...overall our vacation stay was awesome!  "We found this place at the last minute and spent 3 days of our honeymoon here. It was honestly ideal! The couches and TVs were fabulous and the bed was very, very comfortable. The condo itself is very spacious. It is in very good condition. It is also very clean and well decorated. North Coast Village is also very well maintained and beautiful. The palms trees and landscaping give the village a unique feel. North coast village is literally right on the beach. It couldn't have been more than a 2 minute walk (through beautiful property) to the beach. They provide boogy boards, beach chairs, and beach towels with the rental. It was amazing! You also have access to a nice large swimming pool and hot tub on the property. As well as several other services that North Coast Village provides. We especially enjoyed the small balcony. The balcony has a high small table and chairs as well as a small grill. You can actually see a small portion of the ocean from the balcony. We were also thrilled to see that the owners had remembered that it was our honeymoon and left us a few small gifts and decorations congratulating us on our marriage. Another highlight was the sound of a waterfall right outside our window. The area is so beautiful! There are many options for food within walking distance. We honestly had no complaints. "I live approx. an hour away and it seemed like a complete excapre from my everyday hectic schedule. The condo provided all amenities and then some. Its like home away from home, I love the way its beautifully decorated too. "Condo was set up and ready to go for a week at the beach. My husband, two girls (14 & 11) and myself enjoyed such close access to the beach and harbor. Accomodations beat any hotel with flat screen TVs, deck, and cozy bed. My girls slept on the fold out couch. Not as nice as our bed but they slept well after a day of body surfing. The fans kept the air circulating but we have air conditioning at home so we might be a bit spoiled. I would definately recommend this for a nice family vacation. "The unit was beutiful and had everything we needed for the beach and relaxation. The only issue we had was the road was under construction so it was a little awkard getting in and out of the complex. I'm sure that was temporary. Great location close to the train station if you want to travel up or down the coast.
