"Joe, Thanks for handling the deposit so quickly. We had a great time at your place and the weather was very good for the most part. My group consisted of my wife, our 16-year old daughter and three of her friends, and myself. The girls really liked the location, the beach, and the layout of the house. My wife and I took the downstairs bedroom and gave the girls the upstairs, so everyone had their space. Your house is really nice and I know you must enjoy it when you can get down that way.
