All funds in USD
Weeknights are Sun-Wed nights. Week is 7 nights. Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis with additional deposit required. Deposit/Security/Cleaning: A $500 damage deposit will be returned after your stay provided the premises and its contents are left in an acceptable manner along with keys and remote controls provided; cleaning fee is $150. 50% of the total stay to secure a reservation along with a copy of State issued Driver's License and insurance information; remaining 50% balance of total stay due 30 days prior to check-in. Must be 25 years or older to sign and submit Rental Agreement. Photo ID required.
Cancellations: Must be made four weeks prior to your confirmed arrival date for a full refund of $500 deposit.
Check In/Out: 12:00 noon day of arrival and last day of stay
