Convenient to Shopping, Freeways, Expensive Hotels, World Class Golfing. Only a Half Hour Drive from San Juan & Airport. We Have Come to This Area For the Past 25 Years & Love It. The People Are Warm & Friendly & We Have Never Had a Bad Experience. We have 2 units in our home plus an extra basement bedroom-price is per unit & not for the entire home.. please go to our site for more information & frequently asked questions along with our rental agreement. We are the best value on the island but we are not perfect. Please go to a hotel or resort if you are fussy. We do not have roosters next door but you may hear an occasional dog barking at the moon. The prices are reasonable, all American money, gambling if you like & most everyone speaks English. Great shopping at Plaza Americas. Good restaurants All around & even a new Walgreens in Dorado. Main floor rental has 2 BR & Full BA. Second floor rental has a large 1 BR, 1 1/2 BA,2 balconies & private stairway to the roof terrace. We are not located in an expensive private resort area, but in a charming safe local neighborhood. We have guide books in the rentals to introduce you to the area. We just love it in Puerto Rico & you will too. Each unit has about 1100 Sq. ft of living space. We were just there in march 2007 & have made a lot of nice improvements. We now have an extra bedroom with a private bath & entrance in our basement. It is an additional $50 a day. We have just added a little refrigerator & micro-wave down there-plus a hair dryer-trying to make it comfortable.it does not have a/c but 2 large fans. In the main floor 2 bedroom we have a twin size roll-a-way bed added & in the 1 bedroom we added a full size roll-a-way bed plus a twin. We have nice managers Edgar & Norma. They speak fluent English & Spanish & live close by. We are pleased to have them. Also we are happy on how successful we have been with many happy guests. A footnote--We had the stairs walking down the side of a cliff to the ocean repaired plus have added a cement BBQ-there is a surfer beach a block away plus there are many, many beaches in the area. We have tried to make our home nice for you. Every trip we do more & more. We challenge you to find a better vacation rental for the money. Our view is awesome & we are right on the ocean not just a view. We hope someday you may want to visit our little paradise here. One thing I should mention is the weather. It is 85 degrees every day with trade winds that keep it comfortable. It is one of the rare places on this planet that is a 12 month destination. It pretty much rains every day a little. Just enough to freshen everything. This is why the plants are so green & lush. Also the sound of the ocean at night is incredible. It lulls you to sleep. we want to point something out. we are the most reasonably priced home in all of puerto rico for what we offer. there is a reason for this. we are not perfect. if you want perfect go somewhere else & pay the price. we are a beach house & not the ritz. this has been the biggest problem, expectation. you might have low water pressure. you might have a small power outage. you might have no hot water if no sun(solar). you might see a bug. you might see some dirt. you might see some roosters (block away) you may hear an occasional dog barking at the moon. hey guys, this is the caribbean & things like this happens. if you can't handle it, go to a hotel & pay the price. what we offer is a very different vacation without paying too much. we have done all we could to make your stay comfortable & every trip we do more. We love our home & we hope you will too.
