Belvidere Don Pedro is a 2 bedroom 2 bath single family home located with a panoramic view of beautiful Lake Don Pedro East of La Grange, CA. It is a 2 story log home with 2 bedrooms upstairs with a large single room dinin/family/kitchen with beautiful views to the west overlooking Lake Don Pedro. There is a fold-out sleeper sofa that is comfy with a fireplace for the winter and new air conditioner for the summer. Two 8 foot sliders open on to a 1500 sq ft trex deck with a grill and firepit heater. Downstairs there are two futons and many blow up aerobeds are available. It sleeps 10 comfortably and you can sleep under the stars without city lights to disturb you on one of the many blow up mattresses. There are foosball and darts downstairs and a computer with games as well. Horseshoes and boche ball are available as well. There is a full bath upstairs and a full bath downstairs. More than six guests on owner approval only. Two queen beds. Two double sleeping futons. 1 sleeper sofa.

Property Amenities
Close to Lake Don Pedro (7miles to ramp), Lake McClue (7 miles to Barret Cove, 3.5 miles to Horseshoe Bend ramp), and Lake Don Pedro golf course (8 miles). Yosemite is one hour away, Jamestown is 45 minutes away, as is Lake Tulloch and Copperopolis. One hour to Murphys and it's many wineries. Level 3/4 rapids are available on the American and Stanislaus Rivers. Pan for gold on the north fork of the Merced River or Bull Creek. You can just sit on your deck and marvel at the wildlife. Swim at the filered and treated lagoon at Fleming Meadows on Lake Don Pedro or rent a boat or jet ski at Lake Don Pedro Marina. There is ample seating on the deck with wrap around decks on both levels of the house. There is a telescope and Direct Satellite TV.
Community Amenities
Boating, water skiing, jet skiing, fishing, golf. Entry to Lake Don Pedro Recreation is 7.00 per vehicle and 7.00 per boat per day. Lake McClure launch is free as well as the parking.
