Refundable security deposit of $500.00. $150 cleaning fee. We accept money orders, cashiers check, personal checks. No refunds 14 days prior to arrival date. Manager shall arrange arrivals, departures, payments and keys.Additional Cleaning over 2 hours will be deducted from security deposit.
For monthly stays utilities will be paid by the renter.
